Dom the manager was fantastic in assisting me with my broken device. He got me in and out of the store in record time. BBY needs more leaders like him.👍
Got an open box washer here with a 5 year protection on it. Insignia top load, $500 model. It's the second time I got this model. The last one almost lasted 6 years. Shame they don't make em like they used to. Good American models with 15 or even 20 year warranties. Either way, the staff were quick and courteous. The store had a leaky roof, but I walked away with what I wanted for $200 less than what I figured I'd pay.
I'll never deal with them again. If that's telling you anything. Can you say abt stores
