Called to find out if the store had a cable I needed. Their "bot" answered and I said "Just on my way to your store and want to know if you have an adaptor to connect a Macbook to an HDMI plug on a tv". After repeating myself a couple of times, she said she had to send me to a customer representative so she sent me to someone in India apparently because, although they spoke English, they didn't understand what I was asking either. After he spoke to his supervisor, he said he needed my name and email to pull up my account so he could answer my question. I told him it was ridiculous that he couldn't answer a simple question without getting my account information and decided that it wasn't worth shopping at a store who could not afford someone to answer the phone who could respond to a simple inventory request. I would much rather shop at Amazon
Well they say give credit where credit is due. With that being said, makes sense why they temporarily closed, never get a PC ever from them... I would had given them a 0 if I could. I bought a PC from them , and a representative said many things to make sure you buy it. Purchased it with Cash and guess what, recently it shut down, I brough it to a company to have it fixed. They mentioned that the SSD that the computer came with, so the one that Beat Buy provided in the system was corrupted, not only did I lost very important files , but also of other friends and family that the computer was shared with. This is such a horrible experience, having many files, documents, family pictures , important legal documents all that lost because Best Buy could not get quality products. The PC was overpriced and now is just a piece of junk that does not function. If you dont have good products dont sell them, makes sense why they closed and I hope other branches close as well because whenever you walk at a Best Buy is no different than a car dealership, they all hunting you circuling around like Piranhas, looking for the sale. Be wary , is better to get a PC directly from a legitimate company instead of Best Buy....
Service was good. The Monte Cristo was the saddest version I have ever had.
