We purchased an Apple Ultra 3 smart watch. After ""2 "" days of our cell phone carrier trying to connect it to our IPhone 12 Max cell, it would NOT connect. We returned it to Best Buy for a total refund. Best Buy charged us a "" Restocking fee "" of $45. dollars. The person who refunded all but $45. said others Iphone owners also couldn't connect with the watch. Online, even Google says there are problems with the Ultra 3 and some IPhones. Best Buy should know about what phones will work with the watch THEY ARE SELLING. The restocking fee is obviously a nationwide Scam by Best Buy. The same products are also sold by Amazon and Walmart who DO NOT scam customers with a restocking fee. Also the store manager said it's the company's policy.

More and more often I'm finding it difficult to buy American on Amazon's website. At Best Buy, I can ask important questions worth better responses than I could get at Amazon. And at least some of my money goes into American pockets.

Zach, the Autotech Agent from GeekSquad, did an awesome job upgrading my son's amplifier to a pair of subs in his first car! I would highly recommend him to anyone to safely upgrade an audio system that will perform at its maximum capacity without pushing the vehicle or any components beyond what it should handle.
GeekSquad has come through for me numerous times over the years, while maintaining a high standard, and Zach carries the torch well.
