A couple days ago my boyfriend and i got a charge from here and didn't know why. Our last purchase was LAST YEAR for a speaker. My boyfriend ended up calling they said that whoever checked us out had signed us up for their program WITHOUT our consent. But I guess the first year was free which is why we were never charged last year for it. They said they would refund us which is nice. But just so frustrating especially since it was so long ago and without us knowing, even though we say no everytime they ask.

Poor customer service. Bought an open box tv from them marked as only missing batteries. Turns out the leg screws were missing as we'll. They didn't even try to look for the screws. Instead they tried to up sell me some aftermarket legs.

Had an after market stereo installed in our pickup. Guys were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Needed to return as portion wasn't working and the team jumped right on it, no scheduling to come back, just offered to fix while we waited. They quickly found the problem (faulty cable) and swapped it out. Highly recommend these guys. Will definitely go back for anything else we need. Great job all!!!

A typical Best Buy, the line for technical issues is very long and the employees tend to be quite busy so good luck getting help. They do carry most things however, they do not carry scientific calculators in store.
