If there was something else below it would be a minus. I went to buy a phone. I waited more than 45 minutes waiting. There were several employees walking around and asking me if I needed help . I told them that I would like to buy a phone. Each one of them told me that the one in charge was busy helping someone else and they didn't care or couldn't help me. Best buy is paying employees to do nothing to help the customer. I waited more than 45 minutes and couldn't get it because the employee who was in charge of that section was busy and no other employees went to help. Never again
The brother Manny took care of me. Walked in with 10 minutes until closed asking for advice on what router, modem, and TV to buy for my new apt.
He gladly helped me out, gave me advice on what to purchase, and only recommended things I needed. He was definitely looking out for me.
