I had such an incredible experience today at Best Buy. I went in to return a laptop and was helped by Angel, and I cannot say enough great things about him. He was efficient, friendly, and made the entire process unbelievably easy. He barely asked any questions, which I appreciated so much because the return was already stressful on my end. He even apologized a few times, even though none of this was his fault at all, and it just showed how genuinely kind and customer focused he is.
Angel made me feel totally taken care of from start to finish, and the whole interaction took only a couple of minutes. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or indifferent, he was the complete opposite. He was patient, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to work with.
Best Buy is lucky to have someone like Angel on their team. If you need help with anything, I highly recommend asking for him. He turned my whole day around.
Found what i wanted. But BEWARE! I discovered they were displaying a 31.5 inch ASUS gaming monitor with a 27 inch ASUS tag. Same brand. Same look. But if I weren't a pc builder I mightve bought the tag thinking I bought the one on display (better size, refresh rate, antiglare, etc). The staff were surprised I noticed and "acted" baffled themselves.

I bought a Power Supply Unit from here that was defective, by the time the Corsair customer service got back to me and issued an RMA, I was outside of the short 15-day return window, now I'm paying an extra 10-20% cost of the item because the manufacturer doesn't pay for RMA shipping.
Shopping here was a mistake, I'd have much easier solutions to this problem anywhere else. I've tried to call the store to see if I can just get an exchange and it's all overseas support people struggling to understand me over the phone. Employees are kind enough but the displays are trashed and the store doesn't feel well cared for. I guess that's just the reality of the state of box stores in America these days.
