Best buy is all around great. It's their service department that they use to outsource repairs is what makes them look bad !

We received such outstanding customer service from Christian C. that I had to leave a review. My daughters went into Best Buy looking for the new WNBA trading cards, and it appeared they were completely sold out. Christian took the extra time to check the system, saw there were five available, and was determined to track them down. He found all five and truly made my kids’ Christmas! I’m so grateful for Christian and the effort he put in. Thank you so much!

I bought a tv at Best buy Gilroy Ca, I also bought a 5 year protection plan for the tv, accidentally the tv got a small crack, I live kind o far from Gilroy so I called first to make sure they would take the tv for what it had and they said yes at no cost with my protection plan, I made an appointment and I get there and I could hear them talking in the back for 10 minutes nobody comes out even though I kept saying hello hello I have an appointment at 1:40 finally a gentleman man came out and couldn't help me so he went to grab some one called Mike with a not so nice attitude just to tell me that my protection plan didn't cover cracks, I wish they would've told me that before I bought the tv and the plan I've would've gone to Costco instead. Very disappointed ☹️
