Gill, the supervisor, is funny because he's so lost at his job.
I would've been more pissed at his "assistance" if it seemed intentional, but it's just sheer incompentance, who knows how he got there but boy is he ruining the image of the store.
But yeah, avoid this store if you need to do anything related to asking for help. It's people who only care about the bottom-line.

I had the best customer experience with the salesperson, Josiah, today. He is very patient, knowledgeable and informative. He seems to know all about the products I try to know more of and compare with. He spent the time showing and sharing all the details I shall know about. If I run a business, I would definitely want to hire him. It’s his attitude toward his job that really impress me. Best Buy is very lucky to have him. My experience TODAY on Black Friday was terrible... only one girl was willing to help me and helped me buy my laptop. I was looking for other things and I had a hard time getting someone in the GoPro area to help me. The workers talk too much with the customers. Today in particular they should be faster with the service. If they are going to buy it, okay. If not, the next customer.
* I asked a worker for assistance and he said that there was not what I wanted, I just bent down to check and there it was!! 🥴
