Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed. I bought in a defective laptop that is still within the 1 year window of my purchase date. The workers informed me that the warranty was already excpired. Why? They claimed someone had bought it and returned it before me, and Best Buy had started the warranty clock then. The staff was completely unaccomodating and basically told me I was out of luck. Meaning that getting a full waranty is a gamble based on which box you grab off the shelf. The staff refused to honor the purchase date on my reciept and pressured me into buying a membership to the store for any type of support.

I had a very frustrating experience at the Best Buy Blossom Hill store. Last September, employees convinced me not to use my Chase credit card and instead opened a Best Buy credit card for me, explaining that I would get 10% back on my purchase, around $300 in rewards. Today I came back planning to use those rewards toward a new phone, only to be told that I was supposed to receive a certificate and manually convert it to points before it expired after two months. Nobody ever explained that process or the expiration policy when they signed me up for the card. Finding out months later that the rewards are gone was extremely disappointing and feels misleading. On top of that, customer service in the store was very poor today. I spent around 10 minutes walking around trying to get help while several employees in the phone section stood behind the desk doing nothing. The only helpful person was the employee at the entrance, who directed me there. I enjoy buying products in-store instead of online because I value customer service and personal interaction, but experiences like this make online shopping feel like the better option.

Poor management, I was exiting the store as it was closing hours and saw a group of people yelling at each other and ready to fight over Pokémon cards. The worst part was when the manager came out to handle the situation. Very unprofessional, yelling and cussing at the customers and the employee who was trying to de-escalate the situation. The manager lacks professionalism and handled the situation very poorly.
