Waste of time , 0 star I ordered a TV last week. When I went to pick it up, it didn’t fit in my pickup truck. I asked an employee if it could be delivered instead, and he told me it would arrive on Tuesday. Now they’re telling me Thursday.
If you’re planning to order something large from this store, be prepared to take time off work because you’ll probably end up making multiple trips back and forth. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. The 1-800 customer service number tells you to go to the store, and the store employees seem just as confused.
I’ve shopped at Best Buy in Oklahoma and Texas before and never had issues like this, but this has been the worst experience I’ve had. I’m a truck driver, so taking extra time off just to deal with a delivery is frustrating.
After this experience, I’ll be shopping at Sam’s Club or Costco instead. Their delivery process is much easier, and I don’t have to waste a week going back and forth trying to get answers. I’d rather spend a few hundred dollars more somewhere else than deal with this again. At least I’ll know what to expect. Unfortunately, everyone I dealt with at Best Buy seemed confused, and nobody could give me a clear answer. This experience has convinced me not to shop at Best Buy again.
The staff and manager were very nice and helpful
