Had a weird experience at checkout where the guy basically tried very awkwardly and hard to get me to sign up for a credit card then had snarky comments to make. Pretty unprofessional wouldn’t recommend.

Purchased a freezer with curb side pickup. Service was timely and friendly….
Had a preorder that was made back in October. Store did not fulfill it the day it was supposed to be fulfilled and had no idea where the product even was. No follow-up from store, and I ultimately had to reach out to receive no helpful information. And then a week later they just completely canceled the item with no additional info or follow-up. Absolute last time I preorder anything from Best Buy, or frankly ever purchase anything from Best Buy, period. Plenty of other retailers that can do it right.
