Purchased an in stock appliance online with installation, received a confirmation and appointment. The day before the installation I received a tighter time window for delivery/install. On the day of the installation, less 5 minutes prior to the delivery window, they called me to cancel the appointment because they did not have it in stock! Update: I did reach out to Best Buy over their social links, they confirmed the issue was an error on their side, but they did not care what affect it had on me, and wouldn't even wave the delivery fee for the inconvenience of having me waste a vacation day.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The product I bought I was unable to find on the floor. I walked all around the store and ended up asking about it while I showed them the product on Bestbuy's website. The woman pointed me in the direction of another staff member that could help me since she didn't work in that department. I went to the other person and showed him the product I was looking for and he said it was in the back. He went and got it and quickly came back to me with it. All around a good experience. Also love the Black Friday every Friday promotion, that is what led to the purchase tonight.
