I’m giving Yani, one of the managers, a glowing review. He helped me pick out a new gas dryer. You see…. I had already been at the legacy store and had to walk out after getting ZERO help in the washer dryer department. After telling the person who greets you that I was BUYING a gas dryer today. When I walked in the Palm Beach Lakes store, Yani was pleasant and extremely helpful and had me in and out within 20 mins with a new gas dryer. One problem with delivery and Yani fixed it immediately and refunded what was necessary. Yani is the only reason I will continue to shop at Best Buy, and only the Palm beach lakes store even tho the legacy store is MUCH closer. That store at legacy needs an overhaul of manners and helpfulness. Hugely lacking in both.

Store is clean and stocked well! Only took a star off because it was tough to find an associate for a while. However, the associate who assisted me went above and beyond to find what I was looking for.
