I came today around 6:45 to pick up a 70” TV I ordered and I was ever so rudely helped by Joshua despite me smiling being kind and speaking. He didn’t greet me nor did he want to check me out for my TV. horrible attitude & horrible energy I will never come back to this location. I have never experienced bad costumer service at a best buy in my life.

The service at this location is lackluster. It shouldn’t take 3 individuals to make contact with without a solution. Tons of people just standing around doing nothing. The only one who actually tried was the young gentleman running around without a headset trying to assist. DO YOUR JOB Atlanta. It’s also terrible service in these establishments because of lazy people. It’s not rude customers but do understand that people are tired of poor service after being patient with them. Staff needs to go through a training on assisting one another and not just waiting around.

Walked around , and stood in the laptop section for 20 min, no one tried to help of ask if I needed help. Left and ordered through Amazon.
