Highly disappointed in the auto center at this best buy. They did a great job installing my auto start in 2024, however it stopped working in 25. I had an appointment last Sunday at 10, the installer had a family emergency. Okay cool. No worries.
Rescheduled to today 7/5 at 10. Got a call at 9:22, installer had a family emergency... The day after a holiday once is acceptable but come on .. Two family emergencies in a row. On a Sunday. Sounds to me like someone needs to just swap days.
I apologize for losing my cool with the young lady who called but would really love to speak to a manager about this.

Horrible, went there to get speaker box installed tech left bolts out of my car , drove a hour back to have him look for the bolts then one he could not find the speaker is facing the wrong direction the lable should be on out side . Im not happy at all , bringing it back and I will update after visit , I need a manager to concact me
