I have had the worst experience with Best Buy and I wouldn’t advise anyone to make any expensive purchases here because if you have an issue with your delivery/ order your money is probably gone. I ordered for a 70 inch Samsung TV which I called a sales advisor and cancelled, since December. This is February 17 and I am yet to get my refund. I keep calling and getting different responses for this issue and I am getting frustrated. Best Buy you guys need to give me my money.

Understaffed, and when you mention it, the workers get an attitude with you, instead of the corporation that makes them slave understaffed for poverty wages.

I was very disappointed at the fact that I had to go and look around for someone to help me. And then waited in line for over 15 minutes to pay for my purchase and to arrange for delivery.

The name suggests it right, Best Buy. They have lot of electronic stuffs like laptops, iPhones, Samsung, Pixel etc. The store is large. The sales representative helped me very politely and everything went very smooth. He was very patient. I purchased a laptop. Only one thing which I think is that they don’t have student discounts which most of the other stores have.
