I’m taking time out of my day to write my first bad review. I paid for a TV and sound bar wall mounting service online. The gentlemen that arrived mounted my TV with no issues, but informed me that Best Buy did not have my soundbar mount in stock. They told me that I would have to physically go to the facility and reschedule a new service date.
I went to Best Buy in Avon and was told that someone from customer service will call me to reschedule a new date. Over the course of two weeks I’ve been on the phone with six different people and was told the same thing. “Someone will reach out soon once your item becomes available.” I never received a call or an update. The last guy I spoke with even created a case for me which didn’t make a difference at all.
Today, I requested a refund. Save yourself the money and just DIY through YouTube.
