Had a great experience with purchasing and the delivering of a new fridge! After having a very frustrating experience with Lowes that dragged on for a week with multiple cancelled deliveries and poor communication, we cancelled our Lowes order and came to Best Buy and have been so happy we did. The Salesman took time with us picking out the right fridge, wasn't pushy. The delivery scheduling was quick and the delivery happened seamlessly without any problems. The deliverymen communicated well, were careful with the fridge and able to get it installed. We had a great experience. Night and day difference between Lowes. We will be going to Best Buy from now on for all our appliances.
Service is fast, they have a lot of employees. Prices are decent, but return policy for electronics has a huge restocking fee! The bathroom at this particular location is also horrendous.
