Just bought a new whirlpool side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. They told me they offer delivery with installation. They offer delivery. The refrigerator arrived by rental truck today and the "installers" say they just plug it in. They refused to hook up the water line. They did not remove the packing tape. They didn't level out the doors. They cracked one of the shelves because they were too lazy or incompetent to remove the doors before coming through the front door. I think they should be up front and honest and let people know they only do delivery and will likely damage the appliances so people can make a more informed decision about their purchase. I have spent thousands of dollars with this store and have never dealt with such terrible delivery service and a total lack of installation ability. I may need to consider switching to Koons Home Center for my future appliances so I can get real service.
