Trenton was super helpful. He pointed me in the direction of the items I was looking for right when I walked in. Wasn’t pushy and was very friendly when checking me out. He made my whole trip way more efficient than if I had been left to my own devices. Big thanks to Trenton!
Always finding great open box deals at this location. The staff is friendly, they don't bug you constantly. Need a new TV, Shop here first.
Carter at the geek squad desk helped so much and was quick and swift to explain that he would order parts and fix the issues with my phone super fast. definitely best geek squad or electronic service guy ive met!!
Spent 20 minutes looking at dishwashers with intent to buy. Several employees working on shelving, visiting, etc in area by us. No one offered to help us.
I asked 2x to different employees to get someone to help us, both said they would. No one showed up.
Went to Ferguson and bought one.
