Best Buy on Nicholasville Road, Lexington, KY has very poor customer service. Many of the employees appear to be too busy talking with each other to interact appropriately with customers. They also did not answer questions accurately. The Geek Squad, on the other hand, was very professional and helpful.

Was very impressed with the geek squad customer service. I forgot to ask the name of the guy who was helping me fix my computer, but him and everyone who was working that day seem like they do a great job!

Very poor customer service. Employees avoid customers and don’t want to help at all. They walk by, look at you, and pretend they don’t see or hear you. When I asked simple questions, no one was willing to explain or assist — they were cold, uninterested, and dismissive. This was a very frustrating experience. A store like Best Buy should have staff who are willing to communicate and help customers, not ignore them. I expected much better.
