Your website sucks. Keeps freezing. Tried on my phone, laptop and home computer and can't make a purchase. I'll shop elsewhere. Get it together Best Buy.

Really like the selection and sales-person vibe at this location. Have purchased a few things here in the last couple years, most recently a new frame-type TV (on sale, same price as Amazon). The sales person, Jesse, was really helpful without being pushy and gave us advice on the setup, which turned out to be quite helpful! :-)
Chris the Geek Squad manager has gone above and beyond to help us solve our tech issues that were out of the ordinary! Greatly appreciated!
Waited in the freezing cold before work to be told 1 minute before open that they aren't getting what was advertised. You all suck. Close your store.
