The reason why I'm only given four stars of speakers one gentleman took it out his time assist me in purchasing a television for my father who had an accident. I work for eversource and I've been up for a couple of days in and out but I had time to take care of my family. With the wonderful assistance of one gentleman assisting me to help purchase a television. While doesn't Best buy personnel on their phones and playing around with toys as well as not paying attention to all the customers as well as myself. Just want to thank the Best buy manager that works in the television department. Wish I could give him more kudos but as I said lots of people without electricity and I was only in there for a couple of minutes. If a manager is reading this you need to retrain lots of stuff there disrespecting customers while ignoring them especially when times are slow for businesses. They should be customers with the utmost respect that pay your workers bills.
Great staff friendly and informative
Brought my iphone here for a battery replacement, and yes, I called ahead . I spoke with someone in geek squad who explained the process to me. Including how the back of the phone needed to be examined for cracks. I was told the focus would be on the back of the phone only . When I arrive, they examined the front and back then rejected it….due to minor cracks on the front. I wouldn’t have even drove out there had I known they consider the front’s condition .
The associate working at the time, when I handed him my phone, he grabbed it as if it had a disease attached to it. I regularly use wet wipes on my electronics but left them at home that day…. My apologies !
