Terrible! Dropped my new washer/dryer and fridge to the wrong address! Called them about 6 times trying to get this resolved and they could care less, they acknowledge the address was wrong. Had to pay someone to move to my house, as the equipment was dropped at my business, in the way of operations and they said they couldn't come back for a few days to rectify the situation. Never again will I spend money here, should have went with a local small business!

Waited for 45 minutes looking at printers.. not one sales person available or came over to help or answer questions. Plus, not much of a selection.

Hard to get someone to help you. They wander off even when you go see them. Once I got someone over to car audio to help, he was phenomenal!
