They have one of the best customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. Especially in the time we’re in. I bought a new camera, body and lens, and was skeptical because of the price. Mike, one of the associate managers, helped us for over an hour to get the right price and helped us. I came back a few days later because the shipping date was pushed back to the store which was scaring me because I took 4 photography sessions based on when I was receiving it. I stressed to him about how nervous I was. Mike then said he would get it for me that night and he did. It made us complete customers of Best Buy now, especially the Madison location. If you are deciding between places, I highly suggest this one. They actually care for your purchases

That Geek Squad employee Cameron Valenti is condescending and disrespectful to customers. I asked a simple question and got a terrible attitude in return. I was told by another employee that he has had complaints from customers before and they do nothing about it.
