Went to this Best Buy to purchase a new tv. Walked in the door and explained what I was looking for. Staff member said someone will be with you soon. Walked TVs and 30 minutes later still no assistance. Asked a staff member that was not helping anyone and was told to get in queue with the guy at front door. There were staff members standing around talking to each other and hardly any customers. Worst experience in this store. Went to the Best Buy on 168th and Dodge, walked in and out of that store in 15 minutes with the tv I had planned to purchase. 168th and Dodge store has 100% better staff and customer relations skills.
