Excellent service and good location.
I want to thank Jordan M for her attentive assistance in helping me with my purchase today. She was well informed and guided me through the purchase and transference of my data. She was extremely polite and I couldn’t have done it without her! Kudos to Best Buy for great employees! I was also assisted by Bella with my screen saver! She expertly applied this as well. Not only does best buy have the worst return policy, but they recently made all customer calls for the store be directed to people overseas. I called to see if I can put a hold and see if an item was actually at the store before I made the trip. They told me I had to buy the item first. Not doing business with best buy any longer, looks like another business deemed to go under.

We understand the frustration when a return is denied and you cannot get in touch with a store. We changed how we handle calling to stores a few years ago in an effort to free up store associates to help customers currently in-store.
Due to us using our each store as a warehouse for fulfilling online orders, our stores are unable to hold items for customers without an order being created. If looking to find the availability of an item in store, you can use our website or contact our support teams for more info. Otherwise, if you place an order online for store pickup, the store will then set aside the item for that order and notify you when it is ready or if the product is not available at that location. While an authorization is placed on your card when the order is placed, you are not actually charged until you pickup the order and can cancel store pickup orders at any time.
