I really don't like to write reviews like this, but I feel it is warranted and buyers beware. Especially if you live in the East Mountains. We purchased a dishwasher on November 22, 2025. We had to wait for it to come in and the installation was scheduled for December 6th. Okay, December 6th rolls around and they were a no-show. They claim we had snow-packed roads and our driveway was not cleared and could not get in. Sounds crazy but true. I have pictures of the roads and driveway to post. It was 52 degrees that day. Called the store and of course got bounced around with no result I on except to reschedule for December 10th. Well, I get a call on the 9th say he is on his way and of course we were not prepared and I told him that we received an email stating delivery is on the 10th. He gave told me he would be here today on the 10th between two and three. Never showed up. I feel as if we have been more than patient and we are requesting a refund. I am sure that will be a fight as well. Horrible customer service and would never recommend or do business with them again.

Was having trouble finding the phone I wanted at Cricket so I came straight here. I've been a shopper for a very long time and knew it would be an easy process and store would have what I was looking for. Was helped right away,he was nice and relaxed so I knew I would be talking to the right person(sorry I didn't get his name). He answered all the questions I had quickly with very good and easy to understand answers. Even helped showing me the cases for phone at a great price. I've said a thousand times how much I love this place. And will keep coming back!
