So kind to me during a new cell service issue that they didn't even sell to me. They allowed me to use there landline phone to call a carrier for help and it took me a while. They were wonderful. ❤️
Malaysia over at Geek Squad was incredibly helpful. If u need help with your device she is your answer.
I had a really frustrating experience at this Best Buy location while trying to return a watch from my order. One of the watches was in my possession, clearly unopened and eligible for return according to the Best Buy app. However, when I brought it in, the employee told me their system showed it had already been returned—which is impossible, since I still had it in hand.
Despite showing the employee the app clearly stating it was still returnable, they refused to return it and wouldn’t give the watch back to me. They acknowledged the serial number was on my receipt, but strangely the total on the receipt only reflected two of the three watches I purchased. When I tried to explain this, I was met with little help.
To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the issue or offer any real solution, she just insisted that there was nothing they could do. I left the store without the watch and without a refund—and now I have to go through corporate just to get help with something that should’ve been a straightforward return.
I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. Definitely think twice before visiting this location if you expect good customer service or accountability.
