I purchased a Breville coffee machine from your store for $500. After just three months, the machine stopped working. When I brought it to your store's service department, I was denied a refund, replacement, or repair. I was told that the return policy only covers the first 15 days and that it is now my responsibility to find a Breville service center somewhere in New York City.
I am extremely disappointed with this level of customer service. It is unacceptable to sell faulty products and then refuse to take any responsibility after the purchase. I do not recommend shopping at this store.
Good location but terrible customer service. We were looking to buy a gas range, but it was impossible to get any help. We ended up buying from PC Richards instead. They need to get more people working here.
Please please get your staff trained more to take on customer if one of the sales person is busy and other sales persons are chit chatting behind the counter!
