I called to order AirPod headphones max was told that there was one left in the store and in order for me to keep it on hold I would need to purchase right away so I did then I was told my pick up would be ready in one hour , after two hours I check order details only to see that now my order won’t be ready to the following Friday so I called store to see the issue and they told me they sold the last pair even tho telling me over the phone that it would be placed on hold and that there was nothing they can do , horrible customer service and false advertisement I cancelled my order immediately and would speak to a manager before ever making a purchase to get facts

Had a situation where the sales associate was very negative was trying to buy a tv and before upon checking the warehouse the sales associates was already saying we don’t have it in the back so giving excuses to not go to the back to check for it when the systems says they have it so upon being frustrated the manager on duty came and assisted me and was very helpful didn’t get to catch his name but was a older white gentleman and definitely took care of me made sure I got the tv I wanted and provided the most best experiences I ever had in Best Buy definitely would be back to shop at that location very difficult to get excellent service like that but he did apologize for the inconvenience and walk me to the front of the store to help with me with my purchase
