Went there wanted to Sampsung Galaxy s26 the salesperson said they only had the S26+ than the incompetent sales person said they had the s26 phone is various colors. I left very annoyed and ordered the phone on line.
Next day I ordered a phone by the internet next day they said I got a partial order, this is crazy.Then it’s going to take 10 days to get a refund for the phone glass cover they didn’t have. The place is horrid lots f incompetent staff.

Ordered a TV online for curbside pickup. I gave them instructions as to where I was parked outside and someone came out with the 65” TV (it was huge with the packaging) and helped put it in the back of my SUV with tips to protect the screen.

Purchased a tv on delivery the delivery team broke the tv . I was advised to go to the store and speak to the manager Franco . Franco and senior sales Rudy took care of everything and provided exceptional customer service. This is the reason I will always be a loyal Best Buy customer. They go above and beyond to make the client feel good. Keep up the great work guys . I advise anyone to please speak to them for all your home theater needs .
