Today I went to get a Google security camera for my office. There was nobody asking us if we needed assistance nor anyone to go up to. The two guys at the LG counter refused to help with opening up the Google cameras case. One of them finally decided to help and the spanish kid gave attitude the whole entire time, and wasn’t even giving me the correct camera when we pointed at the exact camera. I told him his job is about customer service, he told me it’s not his department nor his job to help me. He should be fired immediately. You CANNOT speak to clients like that. Should have ordered it on Amazon instead.
