I went into store, greeted by a very nice gentlemen and guided towards the item I was looking for. Even though I asked for help from store associates I waited for 15 minutes. Only thing I wanted was to grab an item from one of the locked cabinets but no, the two associates I asked help from was busy chatting with a girl.

Had an issue with an online order, went in store and Drica was absolutely amazing. Drica went above and beyond to solve my issue. Even though Best Buy phone customer service could not figure out a resolution, Drica was able to solve the issue for me.

An alarm was going off the ENTIRE time we were here, the staff did nothing to attempt to turn it off. Incredibly annoying atmosphere, don't choose this location.
