Best Buy Fairfield Township

My husband and I purchase most of our electronics including our car stereo, dashcams, our Ninja coffemaker etc! We also have their installation team install our car accessories. We definitely prefer the Best Buy in Hamilton, OH for that. They do a great job!

Best buy would not key in an American express Giftcard, stated it's against policy. How foolish and shortsighted. I had bought a giftcard with american express points and they would not accept it.

Ordered a TV and over a month later I still haven't got it

Went in for new desktop computer for my mom, and new laptop for my dad. I had no idea which model to get for my dad, so the salesman helped in the decision. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and even told me about things I hadn't considered, and also steered me away from certain brands that I'd always felt had good reputations for being high-quality. I was grateful for his help. When it came to my mom, she and I had already picked out the model she wanted based on its available features. I knew it needed some accessories, and the salesman helped me choose the best ones for her. However, the model she wanted was not sold in the store, so he asked if we'd like to have it shipped to her. Afterall, the shipping was free. So we agreed and the salesman told us the computer would arrive in 2 days. But when that day got here, the computer was not delivered. Disappointed, my mom called Best Buy to tell them what was going on. She was given a tracking number so she could locate it and find out when it would arrive. Thinking it would probably be the next day, she checked to find out where it was. As it turns out, the computer had still not left the facility in Louisville. She got a bit frustrated and called to see what was going on. She was told it could possibly arrive by 7:00 the next day. It never did. She got angry and called again, only to be told it would arrive 3 days later by the end of the day. It still hasn't arrived. If she doesn't get it by tomorrow, she's going to get a refund and go somewhere else to buy it. This has been extremely annoying for us, because she has been needing to get it set up. If you want to buy something at Best Buy and it needs to be shipped, think twice. You might find it available at a different location, or perhaps even a different store. 4 stars given because the salesman did his best to take care of us.
