I made an appointment via phone for a bring your own Dash cam installation which Beat Buy advertised in its website for $99.99. The male installer on the morning of 10-17-25 was very rude and unprofessional. The power was to be installed on this particular dash cam via USB/cigarette lighter port. Before even looking at the length of the power cable he told me I’ll have cables hanging down from the windshield, I told him no the cable is long enough to tuck it  under the front console. He told me that bringing your own dash cam is like bringing your own food to a restaurant for them to cook even though Best Buy advertised bring your own dash cam for installation, then he told me that I bought my dash cam from Amazon because it was the first one to pop up on there site which is not true as I researched different dash cams and made a careful decision based on reviews, price and performance. He told me that he’s been doing this for 21 years and he knows what he’s talking about. His attitude was very disrespectful and for someone who says he has 21 years experience and  you would think that he would have learned to respect a paying customer instead of trying to start an argument . Hopefully someone can coach this guy about customer service.

Went in to buy a laptop and Vince made it fast, easy, and painless. Very helpful and friendly
Went in to pick up one thing. In the 10 minutes I was there i was bothered by two at&t salespeople. Then at the register I they attempted to upset me 3 things. And I lost count of how many upsells I had to decline on the keypad. Enough already.
