BB won't let me through to SF to ask a simple question about cost of a battery replacement. I call the SF number but get AI and then general customer service instead. Then, general customer service quotes me $129 - $200. I asked how I can get that narrowed down. Then he goes on to say well the service fee will be $80 on top of the $200, so I can expect it to cost me $280. Uh, what happened to the range of $129 - $200? Oh, that's just the cost of the part. Did I ask for the cost of a part? Or did I ask for what it would cost me for a battery replacement at BB? And why can't it get narrowed down? What is this, healthcare?!? I can give the part number. Oh, I have to schedule an appt and THEN based on my computer model they will order a part and THEN the work can be done. How about I just give you the model nbr now, and we get this thing going? Nope, an appt is needed. Talk about wasting my time. I know my model number and that I need a new battery 'cause my Macbook tells me I do when I read the System Information under Power and see my maximum capacity is down to 76%. I mean, wow. The last thing I want is a large timespan of not being able to use my computer. If I'd been allowed to speak to SF's GeekSquad, I'd likely have had a faster answer to all of this. They won't transfer me to SF without 3 points of information. I have a simple question. I'll go elsewhere. (Mumbling: quoting me the part cost range instead of the total cost. Unbelievable!) When I replace this Macbook, I'll be sure to buy directly from Apple.

I had just completed pickup. Had spent over $100. The guard at the front i believe had to have seen me leave the customer service counter with my items after pickup. He asked me to see my receipt which was a digital one. I didn't appreciate it.

Ordered a Lenovo Legion Pro 5 online. Waited a week for it to come, which is fine, but when it arrived it came damaged. I now have to wait another 5 days for my laptop to come in. They did not offer any compensation for my time or the damaged laptop other than a return. They told me they can not overnight ship it or get it here any earlier. For anyone getting anything from Best Buy, hope whatever you bought comes perfect.

I went for a gaming pc and we spent about 5 minutes looking but I changed my mind. I ended up going with a ps5. Even though I was a handful Zuriel (one of the employees) had great patience. Even walked me through the financing. I will definitely get all electronics from him.
