I came to do a pickup order up order and my wallet got stolen in the parking lot and the employees didn’t want to help out they to focus on themselves not care about customers I asked to employee to review the camera in the parking lot and she wouldn’t help and the store manager helped but I couldn’t get info because I had to file police report so I gave the police my info so the employees need to do better jobs on cameras

A nice and organized store and each time I have traveled here just to check out a different Best buy than my home store I have always had a great experience and having countered intelligent and kind workers.
