Disappointed with $2,000 LG Washer & Dryer Purchase
I purchased an LG washer and dryer from Best Buy in January for nearly $2,000. At first, everything seemed fine, but after just six months, the dryer stopped working properly. To make things worse, there’s already visible damage inside the dryer, and this is a brand-new appliance. We paid extra for professional installation also through Best Buy. I’ve contacted LG support multiple times, but almost a month has passed with no real resolution.
Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support. I expected better for the price and for a purchase made through a trusted retailer like Best Buy.

Went in to buy a refrigerator that was marked clearance online. The store manager didn’t like the price so he denied our purchase. I guess with the lack of sales Best Buy has to lie to customers to get them in the store in hopes they can make a dollar. Good luck with that. What a joke.
