Was looking to purchase a new iPad as well as offload some of my Apple ecosystem. Had a particularly easy experience with doing my trade-ins with the help of the Apple Advisor - Arthur :) He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had pertaining to the new device. Used those credits towards the new A17 mini and am already enjoying it's convenience and portability.
Also needed a new monitor for my WFH setup and the guys in the HP section were quick with their suggestions and retrieved the item I was eyeing relatively fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Overall easy transactions if you've come in and already done your research on the things you're looking to buy. Also, the trade-in values (while not substantial) were still greater here at Best Buy than if I were to have given them to Apple. You can get an appraisal quote of sorts using their online trade-in valuation tool. Thanks to the Fry Road team!
