Bought it online went in showed my ID and left. That easy.
Still one of the best options if you cant wait on delivery, want to see the item in person, or discover products you weren't aware of. I came to buy a 3d printer and walked the store looking for the Bambu Labs A1 mini for probably 30 minutes. Showed in stock online but was actually not on the floor. Ended up ordering it on my phone and picked up at the CS desk. Only complaint I had on this visit.
I got my partner a new phone and headphones and There was an employee named Trey he was very helpful with everything we needed give this man a raise 🙏🏻
I had a manager deny a price match and literally say, “I am only doing this to save my butt” horrible customer service. Never giving Best Buy another dollar after years of loyalty.
