Made an appt for a dash cam installation after working through their AI cluster of a phone answering system. I thoroughly explained to the gentleman that handled scheduling installations what I had and wanted. Alex putting me on hold while he checked with someone, he quoted $199. Showed up for my appt, where they tell me that the price quote was given from a remote location and it was going to cost $250. They said the people giving the quotes don't know what they're doing sometimes.
I left and will NEVER be returning to best buy.
