Our experience today was very disappointing. After being in the store for over an hour and preparing to spend close to $700, we were being assisted by Izzie when his manager, Alexis, asked him to stop helping us and assist another customer. We were then told she would come help us instead.
After already waiting such a long time, being redirected in the middle of service felt very unprofessional and dismissive. When customers are ready to make a purchase of that size, they should feel prioritized and valued.
As someone who recently moved to the area, this was not the welcoming or professional customer service experience we expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

When customers are ready to make a significant purchase, they should feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had today. As someone new to the area, this was especially disappointing, and based on this interaction, we will not be returning.

Three days..gr8 service...but didn't do anything that I asked.... oh well ...it cost me what it was worth.... nothing.... guess membership does have some benefits... Just don't know ??????
