Ordered a microwave online from Best Buy. According to Best Buy and Fedex, they lost the package. I went into the store for help, and they said they cannot help with online orders. After almost a month, the order was cancelled by them without refunding my credit card. How is this possible?

Amazing service at Best Buy! The team was super helpful from the moment I walked in. They guided me through all the options and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The product I bought works perfectly and the staff made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Very happy with my visit!
Same as other Best Buy’s , layout is little different that other Best Buy visited.
