The customer service is horrible here. Unfortunately any communication with this location is done through a call center so if you have a complaint the only way it can be heard directly is if you drive to the location. I'm really surprised at how customer servicen is being handled. Best Buy is holding on by a thread when it comes to even still be around. I miss Circuit City. This will be the last time I ever purchase anything from them. Shut the whole location down.

This is the worst best buy I have ever been to. Not only is the car audio selection already way under stocked, but I waited for 20 minutes for someone to assist me went and asked another worker if someone was coming to help me and was told it was probably going to be a min. Before someone could help. No urgency whatsoever. The store has maybe 8 customers in total in the store bit had no time to help me get the speakers I came here to buy. So after a 30 minute ride to get here I'm leaving empty handed. I will never shop here again and definitely dont recommend this best buy to anyone. Stay clear.
