I had the very unfortunate displeasure of visiting your Colonial Heights, VA location last night (1/1/26 ~ 7:15 PM) to purchase accessories for a Meta Quest. After being directed to customer service to review and purchase the products (charging station and carrying case) I left after the cashier was rude, unhelpful, and cursed at my daughter. Once we got to the register, I informed the young lady was I was looking for and said I was directed to her for assistance. She was on her personal cell phone speaking to a gentleman on Facetime (I was able to see him). Upon having to place the phone down, her entire interaction was rude and hostile. Once she learned what I was looking for, she immediately responded with an attitude stating I needed to go to the gaming section. I explained I had already been there and the items weren’t in that section. After walking away and doing a sweep of the area, she again stated they weren’t in her area. She then checked her phone for the products and told me they were in stock; she informed me there were two carrying cases and which one I wanted, I asked to see them, and again told her I was directed to her area because that’s where they were. She looked around again; my husband was able to see them in her area and pointed them out to her. She proceeded to tell him, “ I can see them”. She brings the products to the register and again asked which one I wanted. I asked to see them to determine the difference and was told I couldn’t touch them. I asked her to place them on the counter so I could see them.  At this point, due to her rudeness and attitude, my daughter asked her for her name. She asked why we wanted it. A verbal exchanged then occurred, with the cashier cursing my daughter out aggressively and stated she would jump across the register and beat her ass. I then asked for the manager. I spoke to him, and he was very dismissive of my concerns, and offered no help or resolution. I informed him that his associate issued a threat and I could contact law enforcement. I asked him for the associate’s name in which he responded after hesitation, “Monty”, but wouldn’t provide a last name. I did inform I would contact corporate, which he acknowledged and said I could send an email which would go to the local store’s management team. He indicated the contact information was on the door, but upon review, it had been removed. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase and will not be returning to that location for future business.

Found exactly what I was looking for, in stock and on sale. No interaction with any employee except the cashier who rang up my sale. I had shopped online and knew what I wanted. Checkout was quick.
