Best Buy Colonial Heights

I dropped off my truck for a radio install on January 11, 2025. I was told the install would take an hour and a half to install and I sat there for 5 hours just to be told a wire was shorting out but my radio was fine before I took the truck. The only reason I was getting a new radio was because my Bluetooth quit working on the original radio. I left the truck there til Monday because they were still trying to get the radio to work. Monday when I picked up my truck my airbag light flashes constantly now and they want me to take the truck to a mom and pop shop to get the wire fixed when they can run wires through the firewall for remote starts they can run a wire for a radio. Best buy shorted the wire out. But Best buy doesn't want to fix my truck now back to the way I left it with them. They put the old radio back in and that doesn't work now either. So I strongly suggest not going to Best Buy for anything you need to get installed. I am missing covers off my cigarette lighters in my truck now after they finished with my truck.

Hard to find items...Have to get help everytime I shop in there.

This is probably single-handedly the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been in. The store is almost in a state of decay and as soon as I walked in, one of the employees was yelling at a man from across the store asking if he needed help the only way you could tell she was working at that store was by the radio clipped on her sweatsuit. You can honestly tell employees really don’t give a shit here lol I’ll just order something on Amazon.

I would give these people a 0 rating if it was available. I just got off the phone with a geek. After being transferred for 50 mins and to different people. I called and ordered an I pad from a lady named Anna. She told me I was a total member and thanked me for being one. She said I could get the I pad set up in my home free of charge. Wrrrrrrrong. They charged me 162.00 for it. I was given the run around for about 50 mins or maybe more. I was transferred to so many people I lost count. My tv is going bad but you can bet I won’t be buying it from you. The manager never did get on the phone. He was talking to another customer. So I guess they get a lot of unsatisfied customers calling. I was dealing with the colonial heights store. Nothing else from them for me. I have purchased my last item from any of their stores.
