The manager withheld a normal competitor’s (Microcenter, Amazon, and Samsung) price match unless I joined the Best Buy Plus membership for an extra $50. I walked out. Trashy thing for her to do.

Wouldn't release my girlfriend's order. Finally did after about 20 minutes.
In the last few weeks I have purchased a new computer, router and had the Geek Squad do a data transfer at the Lake Geneva store. Everyone from the floor sales people to the Geek Squad were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Love this store. Special shout out to Grant - he is the best salesperson I have encountered there.
