Went in knowing exactly what I needed only to wait for a salesperson to be available. Only one was on the floor and she was helping a customer shop, which is fine. But even as the customer was making up her mind, checking out products (basically shopping) with the salesperson just standing there, she couldn't break away to get my product out of the case and into the line.
I'd still give 4 stars, but I was told by the salesperson that DID help me (another one), thought the way I pronounced my surname sounded like "the American way of saying it"?? What? Why would she say that? I am American, so ok??
Actually, typing this out just made me upset about that again enough to make this a 2 star review.
