I wasn't happy they or Geek squad wouldn't replace my 10 month old Moto razr+, I bought from them the hinge broke Sunday they say I have to deal with Motorola, dealing with them is a pain n the rump, never will I buy a phone from them & never again a Motorola, lady from Motorola accused me of breaking it & told me I would have to pay for repairs if they say I broke it , I've babied that phone, it's a 1 year warranty , I'm not paying them a dime. Owen @ Best Buy is great he helped my wife & I get information on new refridgerators
Online order, they brought it out, friendly and to the point, scan my qr code for verification. Very grateful for the service because I didn't feel bothered going inside the building. Was able to purchase my little paper and ink, and go on about my business. Very efficient.
I was in the store for 30 minutes with maybe 3 other customers.
8 employees passed me and never offered so much as a hello, let alone an offer to help.

Great place for electronics needs in a pinch. Knowledgeable staff, courtesy and service is great! The latter is a must for my continued business. I've been happy so far and, see no need to feel that will change.
