Best Buy just needs to go ahead and go under or rename itself “Worst Way to Buy” problem with your order? You can’t call the store. Need to call customer service? They ask you the same scripted questions after you talk to a machine for 5 minutes and after 3 phone calls and 1 person calling me back, I got nowhere. I payed extra to have an order delivered only for them to refuse to deliver it and turned it into a pickup order. Best Buy is the worst and I only used them because I had a gift card. Wish I had just trashed it at this point.
