We bought a new computer and was told they could easily transfer my files from old computer to new. So I purchased the Geek Squad package and they said it will take no time. The girl at the Geek Squad desk was rude. I went back to the salesperson to tell them this is not what I purchased this package for and the geek squad manager was standing there and he’s I’ll take care of it and checked me in. He checked us in and said sign the document here it says 2 to 3 days but don’t worry it shouldn’t take any time at all. We have not heard a word since we purchased the item and no one has called us back. Anytime I call I get put through their system. Worst experience everdon’t buy anything from the store or the people that work there as they obviously scam you.
Oh and if you try calling to speak to someone you go directly to their call center, and they aren’t unable to help you and tell you you have to go to the store specifically and then they hang up on you. This happened twice!

Bought a new TV. Turns out it had been opened before and screen was scratched. Had to exchange it. Make sure original seal is on it! Original seal looks like brown paper tape. Clear packing tape means it was opened before!
