Associate are always too busy huddling and joking around. I guess when you're not on commission, you can care less about customers.

I’ve been to Best Buy Mission Viejo a handful of times recently, and it’s honestly become my go-to when I don’t want to deal with the wait and uncertainty of ordering from Amazon. If you need something today, or you just want to actually see and test a product before buying, this place delivers.
What stands out is the ability to demo things in person. Whether it’s TVs, laptops, headphones, or smart home gear, you can actually touch it, compare options side by side, and make a decision with confidence instead of guessing based on reviews. That alone saves time, money, and the hassle of returns.
The store is well laid out, clean, and easy to navigate. Inventory is usually solid, and if something isn’t on the shelf, the team is quick to check the back or help you find an alternative. I’ve had multiple interactions with staff here, and they’ve been knowledgeable without being pushy, which is rare in electronics retail.
Another big advantage is the instant gratification factor. You walk in, get what you need, and walk out. No shipping delays, no missed deliveries, no wondering if the product will match what you saw online.

Extremely poor customer service and inventory management. I waited a long time while they tried to find a laptop they recommended, and they still couldn’t find it. Then they started showing me completely different options that were way more expensive, and the way they asked “what do you want to do?” felt kind of rude. I expected a lot better from Best Buy.

Clean. Employees greet you as soon as you enter and ask if they could help in any way. Would have given a 4.5 star but there is none. Their lines for pokemon drops is ok, only thing they could be better on this is if they could control the ones that are skipping lines and just butting in.
